Group Fitness Training


If you prefer to work out among friends and want that accountability, then join us for Breakaway Boot Camp, our ladies-only early morning fitness class.  Classes are outside when the weather is good, inside when it's not. During the warmer months, we even have a pool workout.


What happens at Boot Camp? After warming up, we work on strength training and cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility. Every workout is different. 


Breakaway Boot Camp is an encouraging environment where everyone is pushed to do her best, and where everyone works at her own level.

Date/Time: 5:55 a.m. - 6:50 a.m. T/Th/F

Cost: $144 for a four-week session or $230                    for eight weeks (a 20% discount)

After assessing your overall fitness level and discussing your fitness goals, we'll develop a tailored fitness program to help you meet those goals.  


You'll improve upper and lower body strength, core strength, balance and flexibility.

Cost: $35/workout or $250/month unlimited
